Main Responsibilities: Duties may include but are not limited to: - Deal with the office stationary management, meeting room management, client reception, etc.
- Take charge of meeting organize, team building event organize, etc.
- Organize Customer Relationship Management activities with Customer.
- Support work of Director in administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Establish, organize and coordinate the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in procurement and IT related issues.
- Any other related admin jobs when required.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in administration or business management or equivalent
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proven administrative or assistant experience; min 1-years experience
- Proven understanding of customer service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
