迈阿密6-18个月office admin职位

知名通信供应商-迈阿密分部招聘6-18个月Office assisstant contractor,工作轻松且公司氛围好。该职位适合行政管理相关学历刚毕业,希望增加工作经验实践的同学,或者有永久身份且愿意接受6-18个月contractor的朋友。

Main Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Deal with the office stationary management, meeting room management, client reception, etc.
  • Take charge of meeting organize, team building event organize, etc.
  • Organize Customer Relationship Management activities with Customer.
  • Support work of Director in administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Establish, organize and coordinate the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in procurement and IT related issues.
  • Any other related admin jobs when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or business management or equivalent
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience; min 1-years experience
  • Proven understanding of customer service
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
