加急EAD, 63天等待获批，亲测有效

首次发贴，献给签证移民版。
众所周知工卡和AP现在等待越来越慢，但是加急通道是开放的，只要陈述合理，证据客观有力，加急是存在的。
闲话少说，贡献我的时间线 (c9/MSC)

7.20 package sent out to Chicago Lockbox;

7.24 FedEx delivered;

8.8 case e-notification received;

8.11 formal case receipts arrived in mail;

8.13 consent forms and assistance request letters sent to congressman and state senators;

8.20 fingerprint appointment notification arrived in mail (schedule on 8.28 at Seattle ASC);

8.21 walkin at one ASC in North Carolina using scanned e-copy successfully;

8.23 fingerprint review completion notification shown in the USCIS MyCase portal;

8.27 contacted congressman's office again (2 different offices, both responded, and I chose one who was more experienced and passionate to work with);

8.28 case was ready to be scheduled for an interview;

8.28 called USCIS directly to request EAD expedition, agent said he would proceed;

8.31 USCIS responded and a letter of document request was issued and sent to my home address;

9.8 letter of document request received in mail;

9.14 requested documents faxed to the USCIS assigned team successfully, with 1 job offer letter from the senior recruiter, one LoS from my one-up supervisor, and another LoS from the director of Talent Acquisition;

9.14 same day congressman's office contacted and said they had established a case for me. sent scanned evidence to them, and they asked me to check back on 9.19;

9.19 Checked both online and the congressman's office-still pending;

9.24 E-notification for my minor son's i-765 approval

一大早的没睡醒，晃了一眼，理所当然认为是自己的，高兴坏了。结果发完给老大的报喜短信，仔细一看，是孩子的，懵比。（根据后面的进度，觉得其实自己也已经同时批了，但移民局的不同平台update程度有问题，电脑系统有毛病）

9.25 Card in production (my child)

这时候真心懵，小孩子没有要求加急你批什么？娃很开心，说可以去学校申请15$/hr的工作！

9.25 我在出差，打了USCIS和我的congressman office电话，tier 2官僚八八了一大堆废话，中心思想不能急只能等。又重复一遍5.5-6.5个月等待的shxt; 不甘心去找议员办公室的移民局联络人，议员办公室没有打通。当夜没有办法好好睡觉。

９.26 出差回家第一天。下午my EAD approval e-notification arrived, also showed that cards have been mailed to us.

晚上仔细查不同平台，发现I-131 也came along with I-765, so we will get Combo cards.

总共63天等待

9.27 新短信告诉两个邮政查询的号码，点进去看，卡预计9.29周六寄到，应该算是快递了。

坐标西雅图，所有材料DIY没有请律师没有补料。

只有儿子的体检表医生忘记了第一个附页，移民局说到面试时带上即可。

目前485是准备schedule interview状态。　

结论：１不能放弃；２USCIS几个portals\app的更新状态不一样要几个同时查（此处省略1000字）；３议员办公室催有用，要选择好的、热情的、干的时间长的，他们直接要求USCIS里 他们对口的coordinator，对方必须在时间限制以内答复！

senator办公室也联系过，他们比较牛傲慢或者太忙，要的文件同意书过于繁琐。总之不如有竞选压力的congressman办公室。
