Work closely with recruiters and staffing vendors to arrange all details pertaining to candidate experience - schedule interviews, including virtual interviews (via Zoom) and onsite interviews; secure conference rooms when required.
• Manage relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers by retrieving feedback from our interviewers and communicate next steps to the candidate
• Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems
• Use your personality and creativity to ensure each candidate has a unique and enjoyable experience at Bytedance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1 year coordination experience in a fast- past work environment or internet industry
• Experience maintaining professionalism and flexibility to work with amidst teams from different time zones, ability to follow through despite ambiguities such as challenging facilities, and last-minute changes to hiring manager and candidate schedules
corporate receptionist:
Provide in-person and telephonic reception for employees, visitors, and
interviewees.
- Serve as liaison for building management office.
- Manage work orders with building management office.
- Manage building and parking pass requests and invoicing.
- Greet guests, escort to conference room
- Responsible for the purchasing of goods and services
- Manage relationship with office vendors
- Responsible for some office management duties
- Update guest check-in device
- Meeting room logistics
- Employee contact list update
- Holiday and company-wide email notifications to employees
- Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
- Collect and distribute mail
- Prepare shipment and packages
- Aid in maintaining a professional and tidy office
- Assist with on-site interview meeting arrangement with overseas team
- Participate in newsletter publication with OC
- Assist HR and IT in New Hire On-Boarding process (assigning work station,
badge printing, business cards ordering, provide card access keys etc.)
- Event planning and execution coordinate company internal and external event
along with department BU leads/HR and OC.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Display superior verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working and communicating effectively with professional across all
levels
- Must possess a desire to grow within the company, and must approach the

- Ability to speak/write/read Chinese preferred
marketing assistant
Work closely with the Business Development team to implement field marketing campaigns and marketing support.
As part of a small, close-working marketing team, from time to time assume responsibilities for new marketing projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate is likely to have experience working, having developed and implemented tactical Marketing Campaign Plans that support BD and Marketing.
Highly motivated, self-starting and enthusiastic. A creative person with high energy, broad vision and a strong results orientation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to express his/her ideas clearly and enthusiastically.
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
