请帮我分析下这个公司啥意思

我有朋友在这个公司上班，但跟我申请的不是一个部门。我两周前去了一面，上周三又去了二面，见了七八个人。我去的那天刚好不巧，有个特大的order需要重做，他们看起来都精疲力尽的。
完事后我的主面试官说他感觉我表现不错，他们周五会做决定。结果现在也没信。大家帮我分析下？

If you have the interviewer contact info such as email, then send a quick email for a follow up. After you send that email, then leave it as it is. If they want you, they will reach out to you. There is nothing you can do at this point. Interviewer always say good thing about people who they interview, so you can't really tell if you are selected or not.

If you remember specifically the person who said about the date that they will make the decision, that is the person you want to reach out to. I don't think is HR who make that decision, so just forget about HR. HR in general is not helpful.
