ENROLLMENT MANAGER

FLEX is seeking dynamic and customer-driven individuals to service its diverse client base, and drive and support center enrollments at FLEX Los Angeles and FLEX Pasadena. The Enrollment Manager will attend events, meet one-on-one with prospective clients, maintain current client relationships and work alongside the Center Directors to achieve monthly revenue targets.

What we’re looking for:

● Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and co-workers

● Sales experience or strong desire to gain sales experience is a must

● Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organization skills

● Able to work as late as 8pm on weekdays and Saturdays

● Bilingual (Mandarin/English)

What we’d love but don’t need:

● Experience in or extensive knowledge of the U.S. college prep industry

What you’ll do:

● Interacting with clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services

● Attend and participate in FLEX activities such as college fairs and seminars; identifying new potential customers

● Evaluating students’/families’ needs and advise as to which FLEX service(s) would best suit their particular needs

● Register students for FLEX services (Admissions Consulting, Classes, Private Tutoring, etc.)

● Assist in student and tutor scheduling

● Provide families with formal progress reports

● Additional duties and projects may be assigned.

● Responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets and KPI’s as determined by senior leadership
