Construction Project Coordinator

我们是一家位于Daly City的小型钢铁公司. 準备招一位 Project Coordinator.
Duties:
Work with and support Project Manager
Create, Submit, and Log Project Submittals
Assist in Generating and managing RFIs
Manage Change Orders and Change Order requests
Manage Working As-Builts
Prepare project closeout documentation
Attend project meetings and interface with Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors
Assist with job costs as needed
Various other duties to complete projects

Qualification:
0~2 years construction management experience
Bachelor Degree. Construction or Accounting related field preferred.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a strong attention to detail and work ethic
Have excellent communication and time management skills
Possess strong computer skills including MS Office
