JobResponsibilities

·      Coordinatingand communicating with universities and selection on the sponsorship programand work with them and legal team on legal related documents as well as issuesrelated administrative and execution of the plan/program till successfullylaunch.

·      Executionof sponsorship, e.g. beginning of the year will work on selection with theinvolvement of our selection committee. 2nd half of the year will be informing,making announcement, etc.

·      Responsibleand know-how to select our advisory board member and toarrange/coordinate/prepare the advisory member task taking into considerationof their busy schedule. Building and maintaining relationship with(universities/fellow/advisory committee/etc.).

·      Responsibleto create talent pool platform as well as to maintain the platform. For thesepool know-how on selection criteria, their future growth opportunity, managingand maintaining.

Job Requirements

·      BachelorDegree or above and Medical Engineering related major is preferred.

·      Richexperience on operating fellowship programs in universities (prioritize themedical postdoc focused) or big charity foundation (prioritize the medicalpostdoc focus).

·      Goodrelationship with different universities, and know the internal governanceprocedure of universities.

·      Innovative,willing to create a next-generation fellowship program, think out of box.

·      Goodorganizing and cooperating ability.
