工作职责：

Responsibility:

1.通过电话，社交媒体或其他销售方式，开发新客户丶维护丶巩固及拓展老客户，

完成一定的业绩指标

Develop and maintain new/existing clients through cold calls, social media and other

methods to meet sales quota

2.判断客户的有效性，对客户需求进行准确的把握及引导，促成商机

Determine the effectiveness of the customers, to accurately meet clients’ demand

3.为客户提供稳定周到的服务，和客户保持长久良好的关系，并为客户提出优化

建议

Provide stable and thoughtful customer service, keep a long term relationship with

current or existing clients

4 积极配合其他部门和工作伙伴以达成团队业绩

Teamwork with other departments to achieve team goal

任职条件：

Requirement

1 本科以上学历；

Bachelor degree or higher

2 热爱媒体行业并对互联网行业有比较的深刻的理解；

Have passion with media industry and have a deep understanding of Internet Industry

3 具备出色的沟通能力，了解客户需求，把握客户心态，善于拓展和维护客户关

系

Outstanding communication skills, Good at development and maintenance of customer

relations

4 具备敏锐的洞察力及应变能力，能对事件作出准确判断，拥有一定的商务谈判

能

Keen insight and strain capacity, accurate judgement and business negotiation ability

5. 具有良好的团队合作能力，能适应高效、快速、有压力、有目标的工作环境

Team worker, adapt to high pressure work environment

6. 必须是合法身份并且能保税

authorized to work in the US and tax legal status

7. 中英文流利

Fluent in English and Chinese

优先考虑：

Preferred

1. 熟悉纽约地区情况并在此居住一年以上

Familiar with the New York Area and Have lived in NY for more than one year

2. 有互联网销售丶网站电话销售丶广告电话销售经验
