We have two manufacturing facilities in Hangzhou, China and one distribution center in Pomona, California .We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative position. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

[size=13.3333px]- This position is responsible to assist customers and inside sales. The individual will be required to respond to customer's inquiries over the phone, email in a courteous manner.

[size=13.3333px]- This position is also responsible to work with our factory in China on logistics, purchase order and other related things.

[size=13.3333px]Skills Requirements:

[size=13.3333px]- Bilingual in Chinese is required

[size=13.3333px]- Must be Fluent in English

[size=13.3333px]- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
