4B2B new apt close to Roxbury Crossing T station, 15-20min walk to Northeastern, lease starts on 9/1 (sublet might be available in the summer if want to move in early)
Rent is about $1100/mo/person application might be competitive bc of the cheap price so we are looking for someone to sign with us ASAP

The three of us are all Asian guys, Northeastern engineering undergrads, clean and quiet
