DESCRIPTION
Jointown International, whose parent company is Jointown Pharmaceutical Group in China, is a corporation importing,exporting and distributing Chinese herbs, traditional Chinese medicine and health related product. It also provides FDA products registration and related services, third-party testing, domestic and Cross-border E-Commerce, overseas warehouse and logistics service.
JOB OVERVIEW
Jointown International is looking for driven, disciplined sales admin of Chinese medicine related goods who want to work hard and play harder.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Fulfill sales order, including receiving orders, packing advice and monitor, shipping arrangement, delivery support, damage claim etc.
2. Accounting collection support, like statement, checks record etc.
3. Operate 1-2 social-media accounts of Chinese Medicine Dept
4. Collect data and accomplish the monthly sales report, ship-out report, inventory report etc.
5. Customer database key-enter and management
6. Follow up sales promotion and project support in all commercial matters
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Background and work experience in health related experience is plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: City of Industry ( Los Angeles).
Salary: base salary + Bonus based on performance
Required experience: 1 year
Required language: Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese, Vietnamese is a plus.
