We are now seeking an organized, self-motivated and detail oriented individual to support our East Coast HR team’s daily operations, functions and tasks.

[size=13.3333px]Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate and/or conduct on-site HR related training
• Conducts on-site new hire orientation in various retail store locations (Edison, Jersey City, and Hackensack store)
• Assist in recruiting process for retail store job openings
• Participate in retail store recruiting events, e.g. job fairs, on-site hiring events
• Assist in employee qualification and performance evaluation
• Maintain quality and consistency of employee data and training records via SAP and paper documentation
• Research and gain understanding of OSHA standards, federal and state HR compliance requirements
• File Injury Report with Workers Compensation carrier and notify HR manager
• Assist HR manager in monitoring and investigating worker compensation claims

• Bachelor degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Work proficiency of Microsoft Office suits/Google G-suits
• Able to drive to various store locations in New Jersey
• Willing to travel for work (occasionally traveling to Maryland is required)
• Minimum physical requirement: able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Language requirement: bilingual in English & Chinese (Mandarin is required, Cantonese is a plus)
