Asking for $750 a month for single occupancy includes Internet, electric, and utilities. Rent is due 1st each month. First and last month rent required. House is kept clean and looking for a clean and organized roommate. Preferably young professional or full-time student. Must be pet-friendly, we have a dog in the house.
