HR说要onsite但是我回复了为什么没消息了？

hr的邮件是这么说的，

Based on your resume, I would like to schedule an on-site interview with you to discuss your background and this opportunity. In an effort to gain a better understanding to drive our future conversations, can you let me know your current work status in the US? And our office is located in xxxxxx, are you able to commute?

然后今天是周一，我就没再收到hr的回复了，请问我应该再followup一下么？还是等着比较好？

你等等吧，不着急，hr还要和面你的人schedule时间，如果不止一个人面你，他还得协调出一个大家都有空的时间

因為HR要等hiring manager 的schedule ... 加上hiring manager 也可能在等其他人的schedule ... You will have multiple staff interviewing you. Take the time to prepare for your interview. Good luck
