I am subleasing my 1 bed/1 bath apartment at Sunrise villas apartments on 23rd terrace!
Campus is barely 5-10 minutes by the many buses that come by frequently (9, 34, 35, 36, 37, 62) and the later gator buses at night.
I’ve just moved in for 4 months, and the room had just renovated before I move in. So Everything in this room are new include the floor and appliances.
