独立屋出租一个单间，位于tierrasanta area，92124。2月1日起可入住。包水电网，有简单家具也可自带，长短租可议。室友都是学生，好相处。
周围有银行，邮局，快餐店，便利商店。10-15分钟可至各大商场超市

Private bedroom available in February 1st in a 2-story 4-bedroom house in Tierrasanta. Great neighborhood and close to 52 and I-15. Shared kitchen, bathroom & backyard. Washer and dryer included. The bedroom has a big closet with sliding door and it can be furnished/unfurnished.
Asking for $750 a month for single occupancy includes Internet, electric, and utilities. Rent is due 1st each month. First and last month rent required. House is kept clean and looking for a clean and organized roommate. Preferably young professional or full-time student. Must be pet-friendly, we have a dog in the house.
