Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and sense of urgency with helping customers
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with customers using a positive, clear speaking voice
Logical and methodological approach to problem solving
Flexible with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding environment

Qualifications
A love of delicious coffee, healthy drinks, hot chocolate, and all things delicious!
Ability to stay cool under pressure.
Upstanding and energetic.
Ability to work morning, evenings, and weekends.
Ability to stand for a while and lift up to 30lbs.
A detail-oriented approach.
Accountability and reliability.
Experienced Barista Preferred.
