-Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and conducting product testing and characterization for the company’s various product lines which consist of both optical and electrical test and measurements. It is expected to work closely with different function group in the company to support product testing demand per different requirements. Good analytical skill is also expected on making proper judgment on the outcome and process as needed.

-Job Responsibilities
o   Conduct and coordinate test and characterization activities
o   Create test plan from requests
o   Analyze and process test results into presentable format to requested groups
      o   Sustain on-site test equipment, including, but not limited to
      o   Sustain, troubleshoot and fix issues on test systems
      o   Maintain and perform routine calibration
o   Create and modify of test schemes or scripts
o   Analyze mass production test result and support product engineering functions

-Job Requirement
o   Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree from 4-year accredited college
o   0-3 years in opto-electrical testing
o   Knowledge on optical, electrical and thermal dynamics fundamentals and theories
o   Demonstrated knowledge on statistical analysis and capability to uncover issue from data
o   Proven experience and skills using Excel, Word, Outlook, Project Management, JMP and PowerPoint software.
o   Independently driven, ability to multi task and effective verbal and written communication skills

-Additional Desired Qualification/Experience:
o   Prior experience with 3D modeling with Solidworks
o   Working experience with LabView 2011 and above to maintain and update test program
