现需招聘业务部门人员。

职位描述：电商业务部门人员/实习生

职位职责：
1.开发商户入驻跨境电商平台，确定有合作意向客户，推销公司平台业务
2.解答客户对平台模式上的疑问
3.根据客户要求的合作方式推进商家上架商品或者供应商品
4.售后服务的维护，跟进客户对公司服务的满意度
5.负责拓展新产品线及新合作商家、挖掘合作伙伴资源、维护合作伙伴的合作关系
6.具有良好的沟通谈判能力，工作主动认真、责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神

任职要求：
1.大学以上学历，有半年以上电销经验
2.具备独立商务谈判和落地执行能力
3.致力于电商行业发展，且吃苦耐劳、有冲劲
4.有较好的责任心和团队合作精神，承压能力强
5.有电商运营招商经验者，代购或美国供应商客户资源者优先
6.要中英文熟练

We are an American division of a Cross-Border eCommerce platform that sells US merchandise to China.

The Sales department is now hiring.

Job Description: eCommerce Platform Salesperson/Intern

Responsibilities:
1. Develop companies to station in the Cross-BordereCommerce platform, determine the customer’s intention of cooperation, and market the platform business

2. Answers to customer questions about the platform model

3. Based on the customer’s cooperation preference to carry forward on launching a store or supply the products to us

4. After-sales service maintenance, follow up with customer satisfaction of the company's services

5. Responsible for developing new product lines and new business partners, uncover additional possible resources of the partners, maintain cooperation partnerships.

6. Good communication and negotiation skills, work seriously and take the initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, six months of eCommerce sales experience or more

2. The abilities to negotiate business independently and carry out the deal

3. Committed to the development of Cross-Border eCommerce platform, hard-working, and have the momentum

4. Have good sense of responsibility, team spirit, and strong stress tolerance

5. Prior experience in platform salesperson, Daigou, having the resources of American made product suppliers are preferred

6. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
