主卧+独立卫生间，公用厨房+阳台，一个衣柜+一个小储藏室，无客厅租期：10/22/2017 - 7/31/2018 (搬入时间可以商量)房租：$750，网费+Xcel电气不超过70一个人/月，水费垃圾处理及其他已含，+最后一个月房租预付（$750，入住前需付清）转租费：$35.00 （给中介，本人不收）Deposit：大约$880.00 （需要与中介核实，并且由租房者给中介）
I found a new house to live, so I decided to transfer my pervious room. This is a shared house with two roommates (one is living in the living room and the other one occupied the smaller room). There are both full time students at CU and very active. We usually walk or bike to campus. And also there are two buses available on the Colorado Ave & 28th. Plus, one of my roommate have a car, so he already occupied the parking lot. I am looking for someone with no pets and also a full time student. The first several days rent can be negotiated, and you need to pay July 2018 rent before moving in.
