I have a room for rent in a single family home in north Fremont (near Thornton Junior High). The house is very clean, organized, and well kept. Excellent central location - only 2 minutes to 880, 6 minutes to City Sports Club, 10 minutes to Fremont hub. You'll find easy access to Lucky, gas stations, gyms, Ranch 99, restaurants, and fast food.

The house has 4 bedrooms. I'm renting out 2 rooms. You will share the hallway bathroom with another roommate. There will be 3 people living in the house.

* The room is approximately 120 square feet and has its own desk and chair.  Bed is not provided out of the consideration that it's not hygienic to share bed with strangers.
* The bathroom in the hallway is shared.
* Wireless high speed internet, and all utilities (electricity, water & garbage) separate
* Onsite common laundry facility.
* Roadside car parking
* Backyard

I'm a single working professional. I'm looking for two roommates who would make a great roommate - respectful, clean, responsible, and reasonable on the volume. Main restrictions: no pets, no overnight guests, no smoking/drugs, light cooking. Room is for single occupancy. Overall, pretty standard stuff.

Rent is $750 + utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash, and Internet). Agreement will be month to month and I require a one month advance notice if you plan to move out. Initial payment is the first month's rent + a security deposit (equal to one month's rent).
