There is also a bus stop right outside if needed. This room will come with everything included (water,gas,direct tv, electricity, Internet, etc). Parking is located anywhere in the area. You have a bathroom by your own. The room is 970$ and the deposit is 200. It will be a 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year lease.. We also have 2 dogs that are very kind and mostly keep to themselves.
