We are now looking for the roomate in a 2B2B apartment in Irvine. It is a neat, quiet and convineince apartment, within short distances there are banks, groceries, daily use supports and food markets. If you are a student of UCI or IVC then this is a good choice for you.
The room is the master room, it has a private bathroom. Because of there is one girl's bed is in the living room therefore the kitchen need to be cleaned after used. Please keeping quiet most of the time. The washer and dryer are all inside the apartment.
Caution: We have a CAT! Don't worry. She is already 3 years old and had well trained.
The rent ranges from $1200 to $1100, it depends on whether you smoke. Ulities are not include.

我们想找主卧室的室友，你有单独的卧室内部卫生间，关上门就不会受到打扰。现在客厅住了一个女生，所以请在每次用过厨房后清理干净，并且保持睡眠时间的安静，请不要男性回家过夜。
请注意，我们有一只猫！她已经三岁了，非常乖，不吵不闹，很亲人。希望你是个有爱心的人:P
房租从1200到1100，这取决于你是否吸烟。生活杂费另算。
