Germantown新装修的2b2b condo中的一间卧室，即日起available。有自己的卫生间（不用和别人share）。
房租850，utility两个人平摊。如果两个人住一间的话utility三个人平摊。
Community里面有泳池和clubhouse，附近有safeway和lotte。最好是女生，保持干净。no pets。六个月起租。

韩国朋友人特别好，很好相处的~可以和她一起看NBA当然也可以看韩国综艺电视什么的了。
