Position Summary:

China UnionPay is seeking afinance and administration assistant. He/she will beresponsible to carry out daily duties in finance and admin team. A detailed jobresponsibility is listed below. Please send your resume to upiamhr@unionpayintl.com.

Job Responsibility:

1.     Manage bank account, responsible for daily cashand monetary fund custody.

2.     Responsible for the branch and its affiliate's income, costs, assets, financial management.

3.     Prepare financial budget and capital usage plan.

4.     Responsible for internal and external accounting vouchers, internal financial information system; fill in the cash flow statement statistics, provide financial information.

5.     Prepare original documents audit, organization propertyinventory audit.

6.     Handle the tax registration, participate inthe research on tax matters, and make recommendations.

7.     Communicate with accounting and bookkeepingagency, tax agency, and the headquarter.

8.     Provide administrative support to management and other staffs.

9.     Update and ensure the accuracy of theorganization's related reports.

Requirement:

1.     Bachelor degree or above. Major in accounting,tax, finance, or other related areas.

2.     At least 2 years’experience in finance and tax field.

3.     Have professional knowledge in tax, finance, andrelated regulations.

4.     Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5.     Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6.     Good problem solving skills.

7.     Be able to speak and written in Mandarin is aplus.
