Simple Luxury is a high-end home furnishing and design consulting company based in Vienna, VA that caters to high income Chinese clients. We source our products from US and European vendors to meet our client’s interior design needs.

We are looking for a full time executive assistant to oversee the following areas:

·         Assist owner to ensure business daily operation runs smoothly.
·         Oversee and support inventory receiving and international shipping.
·         Inventory Management
·         Vendor communication
·         US-China team work and communication
·         Office logistics

Qualifications:
·         Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
·         Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese reading and writing.
·         More than 3-5 years of experience in related areas.
·         Associate degree or above.
·         Has interests in Interior Design and Fashion.
·         Excellent attention to details, great communication and problem solving skills.
·         Capable of handling multiple assignments at once.
·         Solid computer skills with strong Microsoft Excel experience.
·         Can lift 30+pounds boxes.
·         Photoshop and Photography skills are a plus.
