F1转F2 Additional Evidence

去年11月递交了f1转f2的申请，这几天收到了uscis的mail说要additional evidence。（我和我老公是去年4月递交了EB5的I-526。）以下是信件原内容：

一个是Intent to Immigrate:
You Stated you and your husband filed an Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur. In order to be eligible for a change of status to f2 you must show that your stay will be temporary. Submit a statement indicating your intent to reside permanently in the United States.
这个感觉矛盾了？它到底是要我写个东西说明我是只暂时停留还是要永远停留？？

另一个是Residence Abroad:
  Regulations require that F1 academic student must establish that he or she has a residence abroad (outside of the US) which he or she has no intention of abandoning. Submit documentation to establish that you have a foreign residence where you intend to reside at the expiration of your F1 visa. Such documentary evidence includes current telephone bills, current utility bills, current mortgage statements, current rental agreements, current rent receipts, etc...
Please note: Family registers issued by your country alone may be insufficient to establish that you have a residence abroad that you have no intention of abandoning.

这一部分是要我提供国内比如说父母的各种信件账单？还是我老公父母的？因为我现在和我老公在美国，他是f1,我是自己opt过期的时候直接在美国境内提交的转f2的申请。
