I bought this window air conditioner at Home Depot 1.5 year ago for about $180. It worked very well in my studio and kept me comfortable and cool during summer. I wouldn't be selling it if I'm not moving to my new apartment with central AC. This air conditioner was gently used in my smoke-free home and maintained in very good condition. Especially the filter was regularly cleaned because my respiratory system is sensitive to dust. I also have the user's manual came with the machine.There are detailed installation instructions in the manual which helps you attache the AC unit to your window nice and tight.

Below are the specifications I found on GE's website:
-6,050 BTU, 11.2 EER, 10.7 CEER, 115 Volts

-Electronic digital thermostat and remote control
