Position Requirements:

The PHP Developer will be responsible for UI, database, front-end and back-end development, applying their expertise to build products for our own web services.

The PHP Developer must possess strong interpersonal skills and deep technical knowledge across a range of technologies including:

1. MySQL- Strong knowledge of schemas, tables, stored procedures, users and privileges, principles of relational databases, and SQL commands. Able to migrate legacy data from unlike management systems.

2. PHP - Adept with PHP syntax and features. Understand variables, constants, arrays, loops, internal functions, PHP configurations, error logging/reporting, and OOP principals.

3. APIs and Web Services - Experience working with APIs, and creating and consuming web services, using SOAP and REST protocols.

4. JSON/XML - High level experience with XML structure and JSON syntax, asynchronous JavaScript, and encoding/decoding JSON data in PHP.

5. HTML5 and CSS3 with graceful degradation.
