Emory附近小区 2b/2b 征室友

由于现在的室友结婚要搬家，现住的小区2月底到期，目前看好了Emory附近两处小区，2月中旬入住，征室友一枚：



第一处小区：

1. Gables Rock Spring: 2b/2b room type, 1032 square feet, top floor with washer and dryer. Rent: 1,466/Month, might subject to change but won't much. Move-in date: Feb 10, 2017.

两处小区都位置便利，紧邻Emory，距downtown, mid-town, buckhead大概都只有开车十五分钟的距离。附近生活设施便利。

本人去年毕业于UGA，现在downtown工作，无不良嗜好，不抽烟，不热衷party，没有宠物。征爱干净、清静的靠谱室友一枚，男女不限。
