DIY 两年转十年永久绿卡成功-时间表

今天终于收到永久绿卡了
本人有懒癌症,  12月就可以提交申请,  一直到1月份才开始准备资料填表格,  在二月头寄出.


坐标:  LA, CA       

2/3/2016                I-751 package 寄出
2/4/2016                USCIS 收到 I-751 文件
2/5/2016                支票被兑
2/9/2016                收到I-797 NOA 信
2/25/2016        收到I-797C 指纹信, scheduled on 3/10/2016
3/10/2016        去打指纹   （之后几乎每天查网站等更新 ）
8/24/2016        制作新卡 （做梦梦到网站显示制作新卡，早上起来查网站，竟然成真了 ）
8/29/2016        新卡显示寄出 （收到恭喜信 , 说收到新卡前不能出国。 如果需要出国，就要约时间让USCIS给盖个章）
8/30/2016        USPS picked up了卡 （有显示TRACKING # ）
8/31/2016        USPS更新delivery date, 提早一天收到新卡


历时7个月， 一切顺利。

記憶中是要用第二封打指紋那封信（I-797C）上的號碼來查，
I-797上的號碼查不到的。

Contents include the following documents, constituting a petition for the Removal of Conditions on the residence of 申請人:
•        Completed I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
•        Check for $590 to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
•        Copy of both sides of 申請人’s Permanent Resident Card, passport, driver’s license and social security card.
•        Copies of 公民’s passport, driver’s license, certificate of naturalization and petition for change of name.

Enclosed please also find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

•        copies of A and B’s marriage certificate.
•        Copies of tax return filing status as “Married” for 2013.
•        Copies of tax return filing status as “Married” for 2014. (當時還沒去報2015稅）
•        Copies of lease agreement as landlords, signed jointly by A and B in 2013.
•        Copies of lease agreement as landlords, signed jointly by A and B in 2014.
•        Copies of 外州出租房的 utility bills addressed to A and B.
•        Copies of Chase Bank joint account’s monthly statements.
•        Copies of Allstate automobile insurance policy showing a joint automobile insurance
•        Copies of airline boarding passes and passport stamps of our various vacations.
•        Copies of our credit cards showing joint accounts.
•        Copies of house rental agreement and utility bills for 2013.
•        Photographs of daily life and trips.
