H1B RFE for Misclassification

哈咯！
我想请问有没有人上OPMI Business School, 抽中H1B 但被RFE 因为学校问题？
目前在OPMI上vocational program，学校发F1。
但RFE是因为我上的课是vocational, 但拿的却是F1 而不是M1。一直以来, 学校一直说我的F1是有效的，但现在却无法给我一个合理解释为什么我上vocational program，拿的是F1而不是M1。学校还说“I was adviced of misclassification of F1 for M1."
OPMI 说很多学生都被应为这个问题被RFE，他们回国change their status, 都顺利拿到H1B。
我的律师说M1 Change of Status grace period 是180 天，我已经在OPMI上课有一年多了，所以不能再改。
OPMI也一直回避我。
有人有类似的经历吗回国后也顺利拿到H1B的？

到底学校应该发F1还是M1的I-20表格，下面是Student and Exchange Visitor Program（SEVP）的详细说明：
Schools can be certified to enroll F or M (or both) depending on the type of programs offered.
F-1 institutions include:
• Colleges and universities
• Seminaries
• Conservatories
• Academic high schools
• Private elementary schools
• Language training programs
M-1 schools include:
• Community colleges that offer vocational or technical training
• Vocational high schools
• Schools that provide vocational or nonacademic training other than language training
如果学校的课程不颁发学位，也不属于ESL英文语言类课程，那么即便是写着F1的I-20表格（学校DSO的责任），实质上学生实际的status也是M1，关于M1境内转换身份的问题，下面是移民局官网上提供的信息：
