距离UTA仅2 block studio 已签约，贴600USD急转！

我是本来决定去UTA读finance 的master的台湾学生，之前和爸妈特地去实地考察，签了一套距离校区仅2 block的studio，是好不容易抢到的好房子，合同从8月10日开始生效，还有一个车库。但是由于临时收到伦敦政经的录取，决定去伦敦，不去UTA了，但是房子已经签约12个月，所以现在紧急转手，需要人到场签合同，我愿意贴600USD给你！

如果大家知道谁在UTA需要找房子，也请扩散消息，如果能够成功介绍你们的朋友或者找人签下我的房子，我也愿意给你50美金的奖励！

I changed my career plan and no longer going to Austin for graduate school.
I've signed a 12 months lease with Quarters (Grayson) and want somebody to take over the lease. The lease starts on 8/10/2013. The studio is on the fourth floor on West 22nd street/ Pear Street with a parking lot. The location is two blocks away from school.
Since I am running out of time, I will subsidize you $600 for the first month if you take my unit. (In order to get the subsidy, you need to tell the agent specifically that you want to rent Grayson 401A. After you sign the contract by 8/5, I will transfer you 600 bucks.)
